1. What I collect, and why

• Your name and email address — to deliver what you bought, confirm a booking, send the meeting link, and send your materials.
• Your mobile number, only if you give it to me — and only used for text messages if you ticked the box asking for them. The phone field is optional everywhere on this site. Leave it blank and you will only ever hear from me by email.
• A record of what you consented to — which boxes you ticked, the exact wording you were shown, and the date and time. I keep this because it is the only honest proof that you asked to hear from me.
• Anything you type into the "a little about you" box — optional, and used for one thing only: so I have read your situation before we ever speak. I do not publish it, share it, or feed it to anyone else.
• Your diagnostic answers — if you bought The Follow-Through Diagnostic, the answers you submit to me, so I can write you a real response instead of a template.
• Your booking details — which session you chose, the date and time, and your time zone.
• Your intake answers — a short set of questions so the session starts usefully instead of spending ten minutes on background.
• Where you heard about this — one optional field, so I know which channels actually work.
• My own session notes — written by me, so I can follow up with you accurately.
• Anonymous, aggregated patterns — what kinds of commitments and obstacles come up across customers, with names and identifying details stripped, so the method improves.

1a. Email and text messages

Updates by email or text are opt-in and separate from anything you buy. I do not add buyers to a marketing list automatically, and I do not text anyone who did not tick the text box.

To stop email updates, use the unsubscribe link in any of them. To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. Either way you can email admin@elevenoctaves.com and I will do it myself. Stopping updates does not affect anything you have already paid for.

I do not sell, rent, trade or share your email address or phone number with anyone, and I do not use them for anyone else's advertising.

2. What I deliberately do not collect

I do not ask for and do not want medical history, psychiatric history, diagnoses, medications, mental-health records, sensitive demographic categories, government identifiers, or your card number. Please leave all of it out of the intake form. If you send it anyway, I will delete it.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to me — I see only the amount, the date, the last four digits and whether the charge succeeded. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising pixels and does not follow you around the internet. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

5. Who else can see your information

Only the services required to run a one-person business, and only the part each one needs:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cal.com — scheduling, your booking details and intake answers.
• Google Meet — hosting the video call itself.
• Zoho Mail — email to and from me.
• Cloudflare — serving this website and counting page views.

I do not sell your personal information, I do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and I do not give it to data brokers, list buyers or affiliates. I would disclose information if a valid legal order required it, or if it were necessary to prevent serious harm to someone.

6. How long I keep it

• Booking records and session notes: 24 months after your last session, then deleted.
• Payment and tax records: as long as United States tax and accounting rules require.
• Anonymous aggregated patterns: kept indefinitely, because they no longer identify you.
• Email you send me: deleted on request, otherwise kept while it is useful.

7. Testimonials and quotes

If you ever appear in anything public — a quote, a result, a screenshot — it is because you gave written permission first, for that specific use. Permission can be withdrawn at any time and I will remove it. Nothing is ever offered in exchange for a positive review, and no criticism is ever deleted as a condition of anything.

8. Your requests

Email admin@elevenoctaves.com and ask me to send you a copy of what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. I will respond within 30 days. There is no form and no verification hoop beyond confirming you control the email address used to book.

9. Security, stated honestly

Your information sits in reputable third-party services protected by strong, unique passwords and two-factor authentication, and the site itself is served over HTTPS. That is a reasonable standard for a business this size, and it is not a guarantee — no system is impossible to breach. If a breach affected your information, I would tell you.

10. Age

These sessions are for adults, 18 and over. I do not knowingly collect information from children. If a minor booked a session, contact me and I will cancel it, refund it and delete the record.

11. Where your information is handled

Eleven Octaves LLC operates from Florida, United States, and the services listed above process data in the United States. If you book from outside the United States, your information will be handled there.

12. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting information I already hold will be emailed to affected customers rather than quietly published.
